**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing 2nd Line Support
- Providing updates via Intune and SCCM
- Recording all IT incidents in the IT Service Managment tool
- Liaising with 3rd Line Support team on more complex tasks
- Working towards agreed company SLAs

**Experience required**:

- Experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Experience using service managment tools
- Knowledge of networking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SCCM and Intune is preferred but not essential
