Join our team as an Outreach/research Volunteer dedicated to bridging the gap and ending digital poverty in our community. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in spreading awareness about our mission, engaging with community members, and advocating for digital inclusion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outreach Activities: Conduct outreach efforts to spread awareness about digital poverty and our organisation's initiatives. This includes visiting community centres, schools, GP surgeries, and other local institutions to engage with residents and distribute informational materials.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events, meetings, and forums to engage with residents and organisations. Build relationships with community members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for our cause.
- Public Speaking: Represent our organisation by delivering presentations and speeches at various events and venues. Share information about digital poverty, its impact on individuals and communities, and the importance of digital inclusion.
- Case Study Collection: Gather real-life case studies and testimonials from individuals affected by digital poverty. Document their experiences and challenges to demonstrate the need for action and support.
- Volunteer Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and training additional volunteers to expand your team of outreach efforts and increase our impact in the community.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other organisations, agencies, and stakeholders working towards similar goals to amplify our collective impact and reach more people in need.

Qualifications:

- Passion for social justice and addressing inequalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with diverse communities and individuals
- Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations
- Enthusiasm for learning about digital poverty issues and solutions
- Reliable and committed to fulfilling volunteer responsibilities
