**YOUR ROLE**

**This is a hybrid role where you will produce and oversee the delivery of adaptation and transcreation production projects for one key account.**

**We are looking for an experienced producer with client facing experience, who is a seasoned expert in managing and growing client relationships and has a passion for high services levels and great work. You will connect client briefs to studio operators across TV, Print, Digital and social whilst producing a range of different levels including types of content for multi-channels and multiple sizes.**

**You will be able to gain trust and build relationships easily and be an excellent problem solver. You will be able to run large multi-faceted projects as well as be able to spot new opportunities along the way. As this is a post-production heavy role, you will need to be familiar and comfortable with transcreation and adaptation steps.**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
**It is key for this role that you have experience at a production/localisation/transcreation agency in a production role with a strong focus on direct client engagement. You should have experience both in assisting as well as being responsible for the success of individual accounts. A full understanding of the production process across all media is required.
- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written**:

- **Managing production and being responsible for timelines, budgets and overall delivery of client projects, working closely with studio operators to execute flawlessly across all disciplines (Broadcast, Print, Digital and Social).**:

- **Coordinating with all production departments both near-shore and on-shore.**:

- **Handling the transcreation/translation process with linguists, briefing them, QA'ing their work, ensuring all required process steps are taken for a successful transcreation outcome.**:

- **Meeting/exceeding quality and efficiency targets on assigned projects and accounts.**:

- **Setting agency and client expectations, reporting on meeting those expectations, anticipating future needs, and responding to client feedback.**:

- **Being process driven not only in your own work but also ensuring the rest of the team is using the right tools at the right time.**:

- **Helping to improve processes and proactively identify ways to offer a better service to your clients.**:

- **Responding to account and project needs by building resources to effectively manage and grow the business.**:

- **Respond to client feedback efficiently and professionally.
**REQUIRED SKILLS
- **5+ years' production /account management experience at a production agency**:

- **Client-facing experience while handling complex projects**:

- **Expert knowledge of the translation/transcreation process in the context of marketing/advertising**:

- **Proven experience handling integrated projects on a sole account**:

- **Ability to work with a team, locally and remotely**:
