**About The Role**

**Main Accountabilities**
- Understand the existing conversations held with customers. Proactive communication with the customers either written and verbal to update on the external flood journey and possible next steps. If required extend to neighbouring residents and or other stakeholders.
- Coordination of field activities to ensure that all customer promises are delivered on and that root cause asset problems are resolved to prevent repeat flooding incidents
- Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure work is planned and completed in a suitable timescale including initial attendance, clean up, follow on work etc
- Auditing of notes and pictures from site activities to ensure that investigations have been carried out to the level required and to gather any learning or feedback
- Provide information on all areas for improvement and drive the continuous improvement for this workstream to drive customer experience and drive down customer complaints from this workstream

**We’re looking for you to**:

- Take Ownership of customer queries, being curious to fully understand the query and identify the best solution to resolve it first time
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to clearly interact with our customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service through an enthusiastic and positive approach, taking accountability for your role while working accurately and flexibly within a busy team
- Having a working knowledge of sewer networks would be advantageous.
