As a Transformation and Governance Consultant, you’ll be part of a great team responsible for providing an end to end risk governance service for Retail Products. This will include the design and delivery of succinct and meaningful risk and process management reporting. You’ll have experience dealing with stakeholders, prioritising multiple deliverables and consulting on all matters related to risk governance supporting Exco members with oversight of their regulatory accountabilities.

This role sits in the Retail Risk, Retail, which is responsible for helping to make our members feel in control of their money and to make everyday banking, saving and borrowing easy to do, but it s role that supports across different business functions.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**About you**:
**As a minimum, you’ll have**:

- A strong understanding of risk governance and practical experience consulting on risk and control management processes
- Knowledge of, and experience in, using a variety of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, to a high standard
- A proven track record of displaying excellent attention to detail in the delivery of work outputs
- The ability to identify themes and to document them in reporting in an insightful way
- A strong understanding of controls in relation to process management across end-to-end journeys
- Experience working in Risk (or a closely related function) with good knowledge of regulation as it applies to Retail
- Able to confidently network across and beyond the function
- Good understanding of the FCA’s Senior Managers Regime and associated regulatory requirements
- Experience of creating insightful reporting
