To continue the delivery of our growth-focused vision, Ashbrook Roofing is searching for a **Customer Service Adviser** who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer service to our customers.

At the heart of our customer service team, reporting to the head of sales, the main duties will include:

- Provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Build up relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle queries relating to our eCommerce platforms
- Taking part in the daily upkeep of the eCommerce platforms including making order amendments, processing refunds/exchanges, dealing with special requests
- Patience and empathy with all trade and retail customers
- Provide delivery information when requested
- Keep records of customer interactions and enquires.
- Looking for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell where possible

- Good computer skills - Excel and Word skills (essential)
- Experience within the industry (desired but not essential)
- Experience in Customer Services
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

Located in Matlock, Ashbrook Roofing’s head office is commutable by car from Buxton, Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham, and Sheffield.
