We are looking for someone to join our Roost for the Summer. Our new caretaker will play a key role in getting our John Bell House Property ready for the September intake of Students, providing general maintenance support from July to September for 28 hours per week.

**Are you someone who prides themselves on ensuring an environment is the best it can possibly be? You may be the person to level up our properties with some** **TLC: tender loving caretaking.**

Our fixed term Caretaker will join our existing Caretaker team. Our caretakers are just that: individuals who take care of our buildings, providing not only safe spaces for our residents and team members but also going over and above to keep our buildings well-maintained and an aesthetic dream.

During the busy Summer period our fixed term Caretaker will carry out a range or repairs from unblocking drains to re-siliconing bathrooms. They will also assist in carrying out planned preventative maintenance such as water flushing.

As a part of the caretaker team at Student Roost, you are involved in all aspects of building maintenance, from carrying out small repairs to escorting third-party contractors to any issues within your building. You'll be involved in supporting all aspects of building maintenance, and just as you care for our buildings and the people within them, well take care of you.
