**Salary**:£23,945 progressing to £26,605

**Hours**:Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 17.00hrs Friday 09.00 to 16.30hrs

To be responsible for all office administration tasks and to ensure the efficient and effective running of head office, including the training facilities

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Arrange and service head office meetings and training, ensuring refreshments are available.
- Monitoring and upkeep of central spreadsheets containing management information.
- Support the central services team, organising travel and hotel bookings.
- Processing mileage, travel and expenses claims
- Running the training/conference/meeting room facilities, overseeing bookings, setting up required room layouts and ensuring all required technology and equipment is available.
- Minute taking at meetings when required.
- Maintaining the lease filing system and database for all properties leased to or by Two Saints
- Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing mail and other deliveries.
- Provide administration support to staff as required.
- Maintain stocks of stationery, first aid, kitchen and personal protective equipment.
- Preparation of business continuity emergency boxes for our services
- Co-ordinate the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, reporting faults, dealing with repairs.
- Liaise with the office cleaner, window cleaner, landlord of the building, landscape services and local authority for services as required.
- General office duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and shredding etc.
- Keep all areas of the office and kitchen tidy and carry out general duties such as washing up after meetings and visitors and keep a stock of refreshments in the kitchen.
- Provide general support to central services departments to meet service needs.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision and any training deemed necessary to support the role.
- Any other reasonable duties required to assist the smooth running of the office or in the interest of the organisation.
