**Job Purpose: -**
Following a period of sustained growth over the last 2 years, we require a Retrofit Coordinator to add management capacity to our team in order to ensure projects are delivered safely and to a high standard. The purpose of the role is to oversee retrofitprojects in adherence with PAS 2035 as well as lead the delivery of surveying projects throughout the UK.
**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Project manage retrofit and surveying contracts from inception to completion
- Work with the Directors to ensure strong operational and commercial performance
- Provide clients with informed advice and support, as well as assurance that projects are being effectively managed
- Ensure a quality-focussed approach on all projects with a robust quality control process
- Management of internal staff and external sub-consultants
- Embed a strong Health & Safety culture with the delivery team(s)
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience: -**
- At least 50% through the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
- Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Desirable)
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (Desirable)
