Liberty has an exciting opportunity as we are looking to recruit a Retrofit Coordinator, based in Salford. You will be working in NetZero Collective, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a basic salary of £35k to £40,000 Plus Company Car or 10% Car Allowance Plus Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities of the Retrofit Coordinator will include**:
Carry out PAS2035 quality checks on assessments

Oversee the management and design of all retrofit measures

Auditing PAS2035 assessments

Work with an estimate of 400 properties per year

Provide technical advice and guidance to clients

Represent NetZero Collective at external events, including exhibitions and conferences

Manage external Retrofit Coordinators and Retrofit Assessors to deliver PAS2035

Assessments to NetZero Clients across the UK

Work with a range of systems and processes and databases

Support, assist and deputies for other members of NetZero Collective

**What are we looking for in our ideal Retrofit Coordinator**:
Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management. Accreditation as a Retrofit Coordinator. Domestic Energy Assessor/ Retrofit Assessor (Desirable). Strong background in domestic building retrofit. Deep understanding of the principles of Building Physics as relating to fabric of exiting building and potential consequences of retrofit energy efficiency measures. Full driving license and understanding of Health & Safety and working to best practice.
