**We are recruiting for a part time administrator for a lovely nursing home near Tooting.**

Hours required: Part time - 9am-5pm - 2 days a week £15 per hour.

**Skills required**
- At least 3-4 years of experience within an administrative role.
- An excellent level of IT ability including Word, Excel, Outlook. Some basic accounting/bookkeeping and knowledge of sage accounts.
- Good PA/Secretarial skills with strong organisational ability.
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Experience in Recruitment / shortlisting
- Accounts experience
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.

**Some daily duties include**:

- To take responsibility and assist the Office Managers in the day to day running of the office.
- To promote professional administrative, recruitment and financial arrangements within the home. To support and assist the Office Managers and Deputy CEO in all aspects of the homes management.
- To implement and be aware of the requirements of the National minimum standards for care Homes for older people and adults published in accordance with the care standards Act 2000.

**Principle Responsibilities**
- To assist in the day to day running of the office and assist the Office Managers and Deputy CEO.
- Reception duties - answering phone calls and taking messages for all areas of the business.
- To record and type up minutes of meetings held, accurately with action plans set in place.
- To assist with the online training programs required of staff, Person Centred Software and E-Cert Training. To learn the PCS system and answer any queries and questions from staff that may arise.
- To assist the Office Manager with staff recruitment, vet CV’s, book interviews.
- To assist with implementing the new management/accounts system, data entry of all suppliers.
- To assist the Office Managers with the facilities of the home, any equipment repairs, services required.
- To maintain proper and accurate records regarding the accounts of the home and any other business associated or owned by the Director.
- To perform any other such reasonable duties as may be required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
