Then read on as this is your chance to join the Credit & Surety Team that is looking for an Underwriter for Trade Finance with a focus on transactions with portfolios of corporate obligors.

**About the Team and the Role**

We are providing capacity and solutions for leading Trade Finance Banks and other Financial Institutions for cross border trade and non-trade transactions, as well as solutions for certain corporate clients. This involves an international work environment with a global scope and customer base. The role will include contact with clients and brokers.
- Independently analyze trade finance deals, with a strong emphasis on evaluating portfolios of corporate risks
- Use costing models and simulations to evaluate pricing and structure
- Evaluate policy wordings and underlying documentation
- Handle client and broker relationships to grow our profitably

**About you**

We are looking for you if you have strong interpersonal skills and communicate well with stakeholder's of various levels of seniority. Having a curious mind - always asking questions and searching for solutions, customer focus and can do attitude you would be an excellent addition to our team.
- University diploma and/or at least 5 years' of experience from the banking or insurance industry
- Good understanding of assessing corporate risks and modeling portfolio structures
- Good analytical skills combined with an interest in corporate risks, modelling, economic interdependencies, financial analysis
- Experience in client/broker-facing roles (would be a plus) #LI-Hybrid, Hybrid work
