As a Production Team Leader, you will be a key driver of our manufacturing operations, responsible for leading a team of skilled production workers to achieve operational goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities as a Production Team Leader**:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production operators to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the production manager to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Address any technical or operational challenges that arise during production, making quick and effective decisions to keep processes on track.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.

**The ideal Production Team Leader**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a heavy industry or manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe working environment.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
