**Stock and Returns Administrator**

**Redditch - Permanent - Full Time - Salary £24,000 per annum**

An excellent opportunity for a Stock and Returns Administrator has arisen to work within a forward-thinking company based in their Redditch office providing a seamless maintenance service within the foodservice industry. They are looking for someone to join their busy and fast-paced team on a permanent basis, this is a fantastic role that offers an excellent working environment and progression opportunities for the right people

**The Stock and Returns Administrator's day-to-day duties are as follows**:

- Taking receipt of and booking in Parts Deliveries.
- Packaging up Spare Parts and creating Shipping Labels/Delivery Documents.
- Order Picking and Packing
- Confirm Receipt and booking in of Catering Equipment Parts returned to the office from Field Service engineers
- Requesting Returns Authorisations from External Parts Suppliers
- Chasing Outstanding Parts to be returned to office from Field Based Engineers & External Service Partners
- Processing ‘Parts Returns’ using bespoke IT software.
- Raising of Engineers Van Stock Orders using bespoke IT Software
- Helping to maintain a tidy and organised Stores.
- Any other duties as and when the business requires.

**The Successful Stock and Returns Administrator must have the following skills/experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable)
- Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office experience (Essential)
- Methodical
- Team Player
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Warehousing/Stores duties may require some heavy lifting.

**What’s on offer for the successful Stock and Returns Administrator**
- Salary £24,000 DOE
- Hours Mon-Friday 08.30-17.00 with a 30-minute break
- Pension Scheme with contributions of 5% being matched by the company
- 25 days holiday with the addition to buy an additional 5 days.
