**About the Role**

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to plan and execute all marketing campaigns focussed on the acquisition of new customers through our online enquiry form, to facilitate business growth. This person will report directly to the Marketing Director and will play an essential role in shaping the acquisition strategy and maximising the potential of key marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, affiliates, and online/offline media through meticulous planning and detailed reporting.

We require the Acquisition Executive to build and manage the end-to-end performance-based marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels and partnerships to drive traffic to the website and increase lead conversion into the sales funnel.

For this role, you will be a creative and quantitative thinker with a keen eye for data. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques across all marketing channels. Your goal will be to develop and implement profitable campaigns to position and promote the business against our competitors and increase general brand awareness.

You will also work closely with our in-house sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to surgery.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role
- Experience working with marketing agencies and consultants
- Experience with marketing campaign management from execution to reporting
- Good knowledge of marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush/Moz (or similar)
- A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Good team player
