BellCornwall Recruitment is assisting a welcoming family Law Firm in their search for a bright and engaging individual to join them as a Probate Advisor

The Firm has a fun and positive environment that care about leaving a positive impact on their clients

Probate Advisor Responsibilities:

- Advising clients and providing them with assistance
- Supporting secretarial and support staff - including appraisals
- Advising on and delivering fees, including liaising with the finance department
- Knowledge of Probate Law
- Ideally exposure to fee-earning or senior position within a Law Firm
- Able to speak with customers in a sympathetic and understanding way
- Organised and able to prioritise well
