The opportunity_**

You will work on independent projects and structure and plan the business analysis work stream and manage its execution, in conjunction with the Continuous Improvement Manager. On project assignments you will work in partnership with other members within and outside of Asset Operations area. You may also act as the lead for Change Management activities, including but not limited to: managing and delivering the stakeholder map and plan; creating communications and establishing training and development plans; ensuring adherence with the agreed Change Management strategy.

What you’ll be doing_**

You will lead the development of a learning culture and continuous improvement environment through development of our approach to Quality Management.
- Development of the initial project concept for small or medium change projects, elaborating the primary business objectives, clarifying the scope and impacts of the proposed change and identifying the initial risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies that affect the successful outcome of the project.
- Define, develop and deliver successful organisational and cultural transformation including issues analysis, scoping, impact assessment, developing a change strategy and plan, defining engagement and consultation approach, communications strategy, design and implementation of the communications plan.
- Supporting the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identify better ways of working.
- Coaching leaders and key stakeholders in People Change, ensuring that suitable level of personal commitment and ownership is demonstrated by each individual to enable the change to be successfully embedded and to align project and Asset Operations.
- To work with key business stakeholders within Asset Operations to build a Continuous Improvement environment to support an on-going programme of change and to grow employees’ understanding of Continuous Improvement tools.
- Managing and delivering the Stakeholder Management plan ensuring that key business leaders
- Undertake statistical and data analysis when required to support / drive improvement initiatives and business improvements.
- Establish KPI’s related to Quality in order to identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a Continuous Improvement monitoring system.
- To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
- Works within the team to share lessons learnt and to evolve methods and change management toolkits.

What do you need to be great at this role?_**
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement or business transformation in a complex organisation.
- Strong proven strategic investigative and analytical skills using a variety of standard techniques.
- In depth knowledge of business process analysis and design techniques, including the use of modelling and collaborative tools.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation and written skills.
- Strong workshop facilitation and interview skills, including negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills.
