**Job** **Requirements**:
**Providing support to the Passive Fire Safety Department: (to include, but not exclusive to)**
- Answering all Passive related Queries from Clients and Operations.
- Providing Weekly schedules to Engineers on Simpro software system
- Dealing with engineers Queries and providing Suitable information
- Making Work appointments with clients
- Logging All Jobs on the Company Software system and Reporting system.
- Uploading relevant documentation to software system EG, Plans, Asbestos surveys.
- Checking Reports and timesheets are completed correctly by Engineers.
- Managing the Third Party Firas Portal, sending certification of conformity and job packs to clients with Product information.
- Ensuring engineer skills certifications are maintained on Firas System
- Weekly invoicing for the Department against Schedules.
- Be the first point of contact for the Engineers and Clients.
- Support the Passive Fire Safety Department Manager with any ad-hoc administration needs
- Assist in integrating the department onto Fire Rite’s Service Management Software

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in service co-ordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn bespoke software and expand the role
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs
- The ability to work flexibly and to adapt to demanding situations to ensure the highest level of service without compromise
- Experience of Service Management Software is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
- Punctual, polite and keen to work as part of a busy fire safety team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
