Overview:
This post is to support the Workforce Development / Academy team, Practice Development Officers and Principal Social Worker to ensure the team run smoothly and effectively in the management of all student and ASYE placements.
**Responsibilities**:
Tasks include;
- Organisation of training booking events room invite, track attendance, certificate issuing
- Issue and recall IT equipment
- Student placement and Practice Educator activity registered
- ASYE portal registration
- Purchase orders from training commissioning - this includes that supervision training,
- MOMO implementation
They will have excellent organisation and time management skills and be able to use their own initiative working autonomously.
Ideally will have understanding of social care and social work.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: £15.99 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
