We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant **to join our team at** New Pines Holiday Park **in** Rhyl, Denbighshire. **_Great competitive salary._

This is a **permanent **position to work **full time** hours. This will be 40 hours and the working days will be Sunday to Thursday.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**About The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Maintenance Assistant will
- Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and owners accommodation.
- Respond to and complete maintenance requests from owners on site.
- Assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration.
- Complete any planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**:
Previous maintenance experience is preferred. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.
