Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and take corrective action
- Assist in the maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform minor painting and decorating tasks
- Assist in the maintenance of car parks and yards, including repairs to roller shutters and other equipment
- Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks
- Repair leaking taps and washers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
