**Trainee Lettings Negotiator**

**£19,000 + quarterly commission (£1,200)+ annual bonus**

**Swansea - Full time (35 hours) - permanent**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 5.30pm**

**Friday: 9:30am - 4pm**

We are currently looking for a **Trainee Lettings Negotiator** to join Swansea's longest established independent student letting agents. The main purpose of the role is being the face of the company, carrying out viewings and inspections or rental properties and coordinating securing of new contracts between tenants and landlords.

**What qualities you need to have?**
- Excellent communication skills
- Great telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driving licence as you will use company car to travel to and from rental properties
- Previous sales experience would be beneficial

This is a very exciting opportunity to secure yourself a permanent employment with a very reputable student letting agent. The company will also pay for you to complete the Rent Smart Wales Qualification within the first 3 months of employment
