**12 month Maternity Cover (High possibility of going permanent or extension)**
**Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 4pm)**

Our client is looking for a Lettings Consultant to join their team to undertake a role of a consultant within the rental department on a FTC initially

**Essential**
- Full driving license essential for the role
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Lettings experience
- Competent time management and prioritising skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent IT skills

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Comply with the companies standard procedures and all statuary legislative and regulatory requirements effecting the lettings industry.
- Helping fellow team members to assist in all processes from enquiry through to a contract holders occupation.
- Carrying out accompanied viewings and liaising between landlord and contract holder.
- The negotiation of new and renewal occupation contracts, securing new dwellings and occupation contracts.
- Rapport building with prospective contract holders, prospecting, and landlord engagement.
- Carrying out comprehensive inventory schedules and condition reports.
- Pro-activeness demonstrating skills to retain and build client base.
