UKR are seeking a reliable and experienced **Traffic Marshall **to join our client, a construction site located in Stapleford area.

As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic on construction sites or other designated areas. e safety of both pedestrians and vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and guide vehicles and pedestrians safely through designated areas
- Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and site personnel
- Maintain control over traffic flow, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Manage traffic congestion and implement alternative routes when necessary
- Monitor and report any incidents or hazards that may arise
- Drive company vehicles as required

**Experience**:

- CSCS and Traffic Marshal ticket
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
