- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Housing Service based within the Property Services Team.

- We are seeking to recruit a Surveyor as part of the Operations team to support the Senior Surveyor and Operations Manager. To monitor and manage responsive repairs, voids, planned maintenance contracts.
- An ability to communicate clearly, work in a team but take responsibility for prioritising your own workload is essential. As well as possessing technical knowledge and experience of contract management you will need to be people-centred, a team player, well-organised and share our commitment to providing excellent services for our range of customers.
