- Day to day administration for our department
- Ensuring files are maintained to high standards to meet industry compliance
- Providing additional general office support
- Working with a small team.
- Having knowledge of office equipment and office technology.
- Supporting employees and helping them with their work.
- Offering support to employees and helping them with their work

**5.** **Equipment and Machinery**

General office machinery i.e.:

- Computers
- Photocopiers
- Phones

**6.** **Systems**
- Microsoft Office including excel and power point

**Salary**: £14,605.50-£16,605.50 per year
