**The Opportunity**

Kite Packaging have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join their Sales team in Swindon. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership. We were a true greenfield start up and have grown quickly to be the 2ndlargest packaging distributor in the UK. The expectation is to provide first-class customer service to our valued clients and sales support to our sales team, all within a fast-moving B2B environment. You will be required to demonstrate exceptional organisational skill paired with highly efficient and accurate administrative ability. You will be involved in all aspects of the business cycle and offer an all-round customer focused approach.

**Key Skills and Essential Experience**:
Essential requirements for the role:

- Competent user of Microsoft Office functions
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy
- 2 years experience in a B2B Customer Service role is desirable but not essential
- Be outgoing, positive and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be a strong and accurate administrator
- Be commercially minded
- Be a flexible and supportive member of the team
- Manage a healthy workload and maintain focus and organisation
- Be able to understand and effectively follow company process and procedure
- Have a track record of customer service success and a desire to improve the customer experience
- Show a desire to learn about new and existing products
- Being proactive and having great attention to detail

Any previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

**What you’ll get**:

- Salary: 26,000 -29,000
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- After 6 months a range of benefits: life insurance, pension and an optional healthcare scheme
- The option to become a shareholder in the business after 6 months employment

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
