Mae Grŵp Llandrillo Menai yn peilota swyddogaeth newydd sef Mentor Llwyddiant Dysgwyr(MLlD). Bydd deiliaid y swyddi hyn yn cefnogi ein dysgwyr llawn amser i uchafu eu presenoldeb yn y coleg, canolbwyntio a chyflawni eu nodau addysgiadol.

Bydd y MLlD yn cael eu rheoli yn uniongyrchol gan Reolwyr Maes Rhaglen ac fe fyddant yn cefnogi tiwtoriaid personol i ddelio gyda’r materion dysgwyr canlynol:

- Diffyg Presenoldeb
- Ymddygiad annerbyniol
- Methiant i gwblhau gwaith colegol

**The Grŵp are seeking to appoint a Learner Success Mentor for 25 hours, 32 weeks a year (term time) on the Pwllheli site. Please note the salary noted is on a pro rata basis**

**Job Purpose**

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai is piloting a new role called Learner Success Mentor (LSM) These staff will support our full-time students to maximise their attendance at college, stay on track and achieve their learning goals.

The LSM will be line-managed by the Programme Area Manager and will support Personal Tutors with the following student issues:

- Non attendance;
- Poor behaviour; and
- non completion of college work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: £13.27-£14.06 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
