**Responsibilities**:

- Support management in ensuring minutes / notes are taken (electronically), and recording and monitoring the key issues and actions to be taken following the meeting.
- Provide help, support and advice to professionals working with families to ensure that they are supported by the most appropriate service.
- Analyse and interpret complex information in order to assist with the preparation of reports, evaluation of data and a range of written material in order to support the management team.
- Responsible for the careful handling and processing of service-related computerised data, filing and retrieving sensitive or contentious data.

**Required Qualifications/Experience**:

- BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification or experience, demonstrating that level of applied knowledge in providing an administration service.
- Experience of providing business support, advice and/or guidance to others.
- Experience of undertaking administrative tasks and processes, including inputting data and using databases.
- Experience of working in a fast paced, innovative work environment, whilst remaining calm.

**Please note**:

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an **enhanced DBS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
