My client based in Horsham are looking to recruit an Administrator to assist within the Sales Support team. This is a full or part time office based role paying £11.44-£12.05 per hour. You would be required to work from 9am – 5:30pm. This is a highly varied role that requires an outgoing, passionate, and motivated individual to deliver excellent service to our candidates, clients and sales team. The role of Sales Support Assistant requires excellent written and oral communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment

General Administrator responsibilities:

*

Contractor onboarding which includes liaising directly with the contractor and obtaining references and credit checks, issuing contracts and providing ongoing assistance where required

*

Onboarding clients and issuing welcome packs

*

Responsibility for all data compliance within the business

*

Data Entry onto our CRM

*

Producing weekly reporting and data to the team

*

Generating reporting

*

Reviewing processes and implementing changes

Essential:

Have a strong attention to detail.

Highly computer literate.

*

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Excellent prioritisation and time management skills to balance key priorities.

Have previous experience of reporting and customer service.

Have practical experience of a CRM Database software.
