OA are recruiting for an **Administrator**to join a small but growing team based in Letchworth Garden City.

**Job Details**:

- £20,000 per year
- 8.30am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch
- Office based
- Full training provided

**Main Duties**:

- Supporting Sales Managers with Administrative Tasks
- Order Processing, quotations and invoices (SAP system)
- Inputting new product details
- Communicating internally and externally, including Production Team, Deliveries, Suppliers
- Proactively updating customers if anything has impacted their order
- Providing great customer service on incoming calls, handling complaints as required

**What we need from you?**
- Good eye for detail
- Able to manage own workload (after training of course)
- Good IT skills - ability to learn new systems
- Any Administration experience or use of SAP is a huge advantage
