**About us**:
UCL established the Institute of Health Informatics (IHI) in August 2014 in the Faculty of Population Health Sciences, under the leadership of Professor Harry Hemingway. The Institute of Health Informatics is part of the UCL Faculty of Population Health Sciences, which is part of the School of Life and Medical Sciences.

Institute of Health Informatics conducts high quality data-intensive research to improve health at local, national and international levels and delivers one of the largest and most highly regarded teaching programmes in health informatics and health data science. It is home to one of four UKRI Centres for Doctoral Training in AI in Healthcare.

**About the role**:
Institute of Health Informatics is looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to join our welcoming and vibrant Institute.

This position presents a unique opportunity to join a team of academic and researchers at the forefront of Clinical Data Science, working to improve patient outcomes and save lives. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the successful operational delivery of multiple projects within the Institute and will involve supporting activities in research, communications and patient and clinician engagement.

The post is funded until 31 December 2025, but further funding may become available.

**About you**:
The Project Coordinator must be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or have significant experience in higher education or similar environment as well excellent strong administrative and organisational skills, problem-solving, and a flexible approach to work.

The role holder will have experience of producing financial management reports, and experience of working in an academic environment, or similar, and working closely with academic staff.

**What we offer**:
We will consider applicates to work on a part time for a minimum of 0.8FTE (29.2 hours per week), flexible and job share wherever possible.
