The Shop Supervisor will be an integral part in store operations. Responsibilities of a Shop Supervisor are as under:

- To shadows the Shop manager to maintain high shop standards by working with team and ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience for loyalty.
- Supervisor works closely with manager while together at store and is always prepared to cover store in Manager’s absence.
- Leading the team to deliver excellent customer service by maintaining shop floor, in excellent clean/tidy/organised manner always.
- Providing feedback to management on staff performance
- Replenishing stock/deliveries and changing promotions, price labels and merchandising in shop.
- Making sure all point of sales on display are correct.
- Making sure current promotion posters, marketing material and banners are displayed.
- To take payments
- Deal with any refunds or customer complaints

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
