**What is a Community Care Worker?**

A Community Care Worker is such a rewarding role, you get to look after those that need it most where they are happiest, in their own homes and in your local community.

We of course help clients with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, preparing meals and giving medication but most importantly we are a comfort, and
**we help clients to live their lives in the best way we possibly can**. Without our help many simply would not be able to manage.

In terms of support, Care Coordinators work in the office and are your “go-to” daily support available by phone from the first care visit we deliver in the morning to the last care visit at night. Your Care Manager oversees service delivery for your area and manages the Co-ordination and can offer further support directly to you, along with dedicated Human Resources.

**Do I need to drive?**

Whilst many of the Care Staff we employ do drive we do have openings for non-driving staff and have recently set up a new pilot scheme for staff riding e-bikes. E-bikes are a fantastic way to get around and we can even supply an e-bike for staff to use, this is the future of transport and £100s cheaper than running a car with next to no costs.

**How quickly can I start?**
- No other care company will have you in work quicker than us whilst meeting their legal and professional obligations_

**Heres the process**:
**Day 1**: You apply, if you have given us your mobile number you will have received the link for the first step of the process, if not please find it below:

**Complete pre screening form (only takes a minute or two)**

**2. Complete your interview (3 options)**:

- Traditional in-branch face-to-face interview **(requires a booked slot)** -With the Recruitment Team or Care/Branch Manager at a time,date and location booked by you via our online interview booking system

**Day 1 to 2** : Once you have completed the steps above your answers and
**interview will be reviewed by a team member within one working day**. If those two steps are passed, you will be
**link to log into your own online training area** with all you online modules already pre-loaded ready for you.

**Day 2 to 14** : Providing you have completed the screening tool your
**we expect you to complete your online training**, this can be
**as little as an hour a day** but is so valuable in helping you have the confidence and knowledge to be the very best Carer,
**you even get paid £120 for completion of this training**
