Robertson Bell are excited to partner with this established educational organisation as they go to market for a HR Officer on a permanent basis. Based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis, this role is perfect for a robust individual who has the desire to helpothers and work within the education sector.

In this role you will:

- Take full responsibility for your own Area Managers of varying levels of seniority to provide useful guidance and advice
- Hold monthly meetings with Managers in order to report data, allowing you to make improvements across your area
- Provide critical input into recruitment processes by reviewing procedures and participate in the interviews to ensure the decision-making process is fair
- Are studying towards, or hold, a CIPD qualification (however, applicants who don’t meet this requirement but can demonstrate the necessary skills are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Have managed a disciplinary case from start to finish
- Are a robust individual who is able to tactfully resolve issues and remain level-headed
- Have at least one years’ experience working in a HR focused role
