Trainee Manufacturing Operatives

Our client a largely growing pharmaceutical company are looking for Trainee Manufacturing Operatives on a Permanent basis.

You will be required to work a 6AM-2PM shift and within a few months be flexible to support the late shift ( potentially 5:45-10pm)

Ideally you will have a **Manufacturing background** or looking to start your career in a **trainee position.**

**Daily Duties**:

- Carry out the manufacturing processes
- Verify and prepare manufacturing material and equipment for production run
- Partake confidently in the manufacturing machine set up and changeovers for manufacturing operations
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including troubleshooting and adjusting in accordance with company SOP, as directed.
- Follow escalation protocols
- Be responsible for personal, production room and equipment sanitation
- Develop an understanding of batch record information, using basic mathematical skills, records preparing accurate and complete information.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language for the purpose of reading documents, product labels and instructions and accurately completing compliance documentation
- Good computer skills
- Must possess basic mathematical skills.
- detail oriented.
- Ability to use good judgement to carry out detailed instructions.
- Basic problem-solving capabilities for the purpose of troubleshooting issues in the manufacturing environment.
