Billing Clerk

A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and also be able to use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment. This position is a temporary 15 hour contract which may lead to a fulltime position if successful.

**About The Role**
- Sage input
- Invoicing for suppliers and clients
- Processing evaluations
- Prepare weekly/monthly statements
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Data input and processing
- Assist with Operational and Financial audits internal and external
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- Any other Ad hoc duties

**Required Criteria**
- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
- Computer literate, particularly with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Administration qualification or demonstrable 2 years’ experience required
- Excellent demonstrable customer service
- Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner 2 years experience within Finance
