**This is what you'll be doing**:

- Ensure that the workshop operates in line with our safe systems of work, and all legislative and H&S processes are followed.
- Control daily workshop loading
- Ensure buses are in top condition for our customers
- Plan and deploy sufficient resources to maximise technician productivity and service delivery expected by customers.

**This is what we're looking for**:

- A firm technical knowledge is key, as you will be first port of call to assist our teams diagnosing and rectifying complex issues.
- The role demands someone with energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate staff to meet the targets and high standards we set for the maintenance and cleaning of our buses and to ensure that they are available for the deadlines required for the dailyoperation of our bus services.
- You should possess an appropriate engineering qualification, have an eye for detail and have a passion for continuous improvement.
