**About the College of Contract Management.**

The College of Contract Management in the United Kingdom is a leading online attendance college for Engineering, Construction, Management, English, and Training and CPD courses. We offer our online courses, designed for working professionals who are looking to increase their skill basis and confidence.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team to support with the day to day running of our various courses. The role will involve a mixture of work across our various construction-based courses, including but not limited, marking students’ assignments providing detailed feedback, updating, and editing lecture slides and creating/editing course syllabus and learning outcomes.

The role will involve weekend work, with a set rota of one day off in the week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lecturing your expert field.
- Assist with marking student assignments providing detailed feedback.
- Creating and updating lecture slides.
- Creating and updating course syllabus and learning outcomes.
- Covering lectures for other courses.
- Supporting with ad hock projects.

**Key Requirements**:

- Hold relevant academic qualification ideally to degree level or equivalent, teaching skills, fellow/chartered Member of the RICS or the CIArb or equivalent level professional qualification.
- Experience of at least 10 years exposure in claims preparation and dispute resolution.
- A good understanding of standard forms of contracts (FIDIC/NEC/JCT etc)
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Be open-minded and able to adapt to any challenges which may arise.
