We are looking for a corporate event executive who can hit the ground running. Ready to maximise all opportunities that are created from new enquiries, established contacts, agents, and venues to name a few. This role involves everything from enquiry taking, creating event contracts, liaising on all final details, contract creation, supplier liaisons and invoicing the whole event.

In addition, the individual should also be able to identify any new possible sales leads that may result in long-term working relationships.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Taking and dealing with daily enquiries
- Understanding full event range and offering in order to be able to discuss with clients in detail.
- Checking event availability with the operations team
- Creating hot spots to inform the operations team of large scale events
- Raising contracts highlighting costs and inclusions
- Liaising with suppliers and agreeing costs ensuring contracts contain all information needed and terms have been checked, agreed, and signed.
- Ensuring all precise final details for the events that you have taken bookings are sent to all relevant parties including the client.
- Liaising with venues regarding the location of the chosen activities to ensure that we have all the required access in place, allocated areas are sufficient for the event and any audio-visual requirements are in place. In addition, we must ensure that the venue has all the required H&S documentation.
- Entering all invoice details on the Off Limits Group CRM system and raising all required purchase orders.
- Checking all supplier invoices - ensuring that they match the agreed rates and amounts highlighted within the purchase order.
- Create detailed event follow ups to ensure we have concise feedback from the client, which should be fed back to the events and operations team so that we can ensure that any constructive points are relayed back and worked on.
- Attend fam trips and industry networking events in order to enhance and develop working relationships.
- Attend events to help with product awareness
- Any other tasks as required or requested by the team manager
- Achieve and exceed targets when set in order to maximise business for the company but also to increase your earning potential.
- Day to day communication with the operations team where required to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry through to event delivery.
- Liaising with the accounts department ensuring that payments are received in line with our terms.
