**Job Title**: Events Coordinator (Events and Programme Officer)
**Salary**: : £25,500 - £27,000 pa
**Hours per week**: 35 hours (flexible working options available)
**Location**: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday ). The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

About the role
We are looking for an Events Coordinator (Events and Programme Officer) to support our branches in organising and delivering events and networking opportunities.
Volunteers are at the heart of IOSH. Branches are led by volunteer committees to deliver professional development activities for members, and this role assists the running of these key events.
Collaborating with our volunteers, to deliver a programme of events, including our annual Regional Conference providing administrative support, whilst sourcing and assisting key speakers, and arranging engaging workshops.
A key position responsible for a variety of duties from programme coordination, event delivery to assessment and data analytics

What you'll bring
You will be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing, with outstanding organisational and project management skills and able to manage and report on complex data.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills, creativity, and enthusiasm in shaping this role within a vibrant team.

Essential criteria
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the can-do attitude to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent standards.
- Experience in organising events of different types and coordinating programmes of activity.
- Able to gather and present data for regular reporting.
- Able to maintain and optimise processes for data processing.
- Basic project management skills.
