**We have an exciting opportunity to become a Residential Support Worker in our Birmingham home with a strong experienced team around you to support you.**

- **£12.00ph plus £50 per sleep**:
- **Earn up to £29,500 (inclusive of sleep-ins**)

**Job Requirements**
- A Full Manual UK Driver’s License
- A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
- The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people
- Experience working with Young People within a residential environment is desirable but not essential.
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce is desirable but not essential.
Whether you have previous experience or not, this could be the role for you as we are looking for a residential care worker who can grow and learn with us but for someone who has the right personality and is in line with our ethos, values and model of care
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00 per hour
