**Job Title**:Behaviour Mentor/Secondary Teaching Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education to students aged 12-18.
- Assist with behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement educational plans and activities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- **A bachelor's degree in education or a related field** (desirable)
- Proven experience working with secondary school students aged 12-18.
- Strong behavior management skills and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to the academic and personal development of students.
