**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing apprentice with Growell UK based in Warwickshire.

Working within the marketing team to plan, schedule and launch new products on the GroWell and GrowYourOwn websites using the Asana project management tool setting up new product pages on the website for GroWell and GrowYourOwn.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Getting product names, codes and prices confirmed with the purchasing/stock team
- Communicating launch dates with the marketing and sales departments
- Writing meta titles and meta descriptions
- Allocating products to the correct categories
- Working with the photographer to ensure images are ready for new products
- Checking that new products have been created on our websites properly
- Updating product pages on the GroWell and GrowYourOwn websites
- Spotting opportunities to improve product page content and maintain accuracy
- Fixing errors on the website relating to how products have been created
- Editing product info to reflect recent changes (e.g. a price or kit items)
- Working with the photographer to fill any gaps in our product imagery
- Activating and deactivating discounted pricing when required
- Updating the internal online dashboard to notify staff of new and discontinued products as well as sales and promotions.
- Setting up and taking down promotion codes on the website
- Working with the marketing team to plan, create, schedule and post social content for GrowYourOwn
- Proofing social content for GroWell and GrowYourOwn and editing it when necessary to maintain accuracy
- Producing a monthly social media report for GrowYourOwn covering Instagram and Facebook
- Managing customer relationships on social media for GroWell and GrowYourOwn
- Replying to customer comments and messages
- Identifying unsuitable customer behaviour and taking action (e.g. deleting comments)
- Managing Google My Business pages
- Updating bank holiday opening hours for GroWell shops

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
