**Salary: £70-80,000 + car allowance + bonus + corporate benefits**

As a Senior HR Business Partner for Operations for the above regions, you will be an integral part of ensuring that our Client’s people are supported and able to shape their teams to ensure they are stronger and fit for the future. You will lead the deliveryof the People Plan within this leading hospitality and retail business with particular focus on talent management, developing capability, D&I and enhancing employee engagement to support the delivery of business objectives and strategic plans. You will alsobe the Operational People Lead for strategic people projects within the People Plan, collaborating with your HRBP peers and Centres of Excellence to help shape and deliver People Change activity.

You will take a key role in representing Operations HR at a National level on strategic multi-year projects and activity ensuring that the formulated plans are robust, and supporting the Head of HR to influence peers & Operational leaders to ensure successfuldelivery throughout the site estate at implementation stage. Your role will ensure that you work closely with the Head of HR Operations to confidently influence and challenge the key 'Heads of’ across the People team to ensure their functional plans have theright focus for Operational requirements, and helping inform how they translate the strategies into the Operational People Plan.

**The role**:
You will be responsible for delivering the People Plan and business goals through a collaborative relationship with your Operations Director.

By championing the benefits of employee engagement to leaders you will drive the continual improvement actions, aligned to insight, to deliver ongoing business improvement.

You will train and coach senior leaders to understand how to engage teams and individuals according to their varying needs, related to performance, potential, personal and business objectives.

Contributing to the development of the People strategy and supporting the translation of goals across Premier Inn and Restaurants.

In partnership with your Operational stakeholders you will support the management of the talent review process, ensuring that all Managers performance and potential is calibrated.

Drive actions arising from the talent review process to ensure the growth of talent pipelines. This will be achieved by training and coaching your stakeholders to help them deliver their divisional/regional talent agenda.

You will support your Operational Director to set quality management objectives, both business and personal, to ensure there are clear outputs are agreed and any skills/behaviour gaps or stretches are defined.

Supporting managers with challenging performance and capability conversations, coaching them to take appropriate and definitive action at pace.

You will have the ability to develop, review and analyse key HR metrics that feed into the overall delivery of the HR strategy.

You will be visible in the Operations to understand the People interventions you can introduce to improve business performance, and to influence the Centres of Excellence.

You will be able to operate in a strategic space using critical thinking to develop People solutions in conjunction with key stakeholders and the Centres of Excellence to deliver real business change.

**The person**:
Degree educated or equivalent with HR qualifications eg CIPD L7 or and MA in Human Resources

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked within a customer facing organisation like hospitality, retail etc

You will have exceptional demonstrable stakeholder management and engagement skills to SLT level.

Planning and organisation will be key within this role, you will need to coordinate, manage and engage with a large number of stakeholders on a variety of HR and business priorities, including leading projects.

As an experienced HR professional, we don’t mind if you’ve gained that experience within a generalist role or a specialist talent & development role.

You will be able to build trusting relationships at pace, and not be afraid of having challenging conversations when needed.

You will thrive on variety and pace and be comfortable operating with ambiguity, being adept at moving between short term and long term priorities and adapting your style, thinking and influence accordingly.

We will need you to be able to evidence your ability to operate in a complex and ever-changing environment
