Customer Service Administrator

Abatec is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Bradley Stoke on a temporary contract.
This role is intended to offer Administration support to the Customer service team.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day administration tasks and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Managing customer orders, ensuring they are recorded, and following up on delivery times, dispatch, and any outstanding payments
- Maintaining and managing Excel spreadsheets to provide accurate information regarding customer orders and delivery.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, customers, and internal departments.
- Using computer systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP)
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator with the following:
- Administration/office experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT Literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP) (SAP would be an advantage)
- Able to work independently
- Great communication (written and verbal) with a friendly telephone manner
Additional information:
- £24K per annum
- Training, progression, and development
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5 pm
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
