**Finance Administration Officer**

Our business is growing, with growth in mind we need to rethink our existing finance function and enter an exciting phase of change with regards to how we operate. We are expanding the finance and credit control team.

Key Responsibilities:*

*
**Making Payment for invoices due ensuring invoices settled by the due date.**
*
**Recording of financial transactions daily**
*
**Issuing Payment invoices and receipts**
*
**Regular audit of COA to ensure all payable items coded correctly via Xero**
*
**Weekly Cash posting for customer account collecting by DD**
*
**Answering general customer finance enquiries and management of inbox**
*
**Processing and sending invoices/credit notes and breakdowns to clients**
*
**Reconciliation of Supplier Statements and Invoices**
*
**Liaising with departments, monitoring and managing business purchasing needs**
*
**Auditing and Compliance Checks**
*
**Assisting the Finance Manager with Ad Hoc Tasks**
*
**Occasional support to credit control function where needed.**
*
**Taking card payments**
*
**Posting / allocating customer payments**

Requirements*
**Knowledge and Experience**

*
**Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail**
*
**Able to work under pressure autonomously whilst adhering to strict deadlines**
*
**Excellent reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills**
*
**Confident manner and good customer service**
*
**Experience working in a finance department or accounts payable department**
*
**Excel experience (pivots/vlookups/formulas)**
