German Speaking Customer Service Manager - Boutique Sustainable Skincare Brand

London/Munich/Austria - Hybrid

£45,000 - £60,000 + bonus

I am thrilled to be working with this sustainability focussed and family owned skincare company who are embarking on an ambitious growth journey and looking to hire a dedicated resource to manage and grow their Customer Service function.

The Customer Service Manager will work with eCommerce and Logistics teams to develop and own the overall Customer Service processes internationally across both B2B and D2C channels.

What you'll do
- Develop best in class Customer Service practices across both B2B and D2C channels working closely with the eCommerce team and the external 3PL partner to lead operational customer support from order placement to after-sales.
- Manage the ERP data and lead the development of a systemised customer service function.
- Manage a direct report and grow the team as the business expands (projected 30-50% YoY).

Who you'll be
- Strong communicator with fluency in both English and German.
- Demonstrable experience in customer service in a branded consumer facing company.
- Data driven with strong excel skills and experience with sales ordering and ERP systems.
- Able to work cross functionally in an ambiguous start-up environment managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships and leading your growing team.
