This role is a key appointment that will play to our trusted heritage yet still deploy cutting-edge marketing strategies that reflect the changing communication landscape and the customer purchasing preferences that make our industry so exciting.

In short, you’ll manage the whole range of marketing activities; online and offline, tactical, and strategic, customer and product focused, all with a mix of creativity, process, and timing.

In particular you will:

- Measure and review the success of our engagement across all platforms, constantly adapting our approach to optimise ongoing relationships, conversions, and the growth of our audience.
- Regularly review our corporate brand in the marketplace, adapting our approach and message to differentiate our values, ethos, and service.
- Regularly report back on the commercial and engagement returns our marketing activity delivers and suggest ways to provide continuous improvement.

It’s a broad and influential role as you can see, and we require a successful marketing professional with all the requisite design and technology familiarity who can bring a mix of marketing, advertising, events, and external communications experience in a similar, customer service environment.

It is a given that you know your CRM from your PPC. But you will have to be creative yet pragmatic in the same breath. Constantly looking at ways to be inventive with our messaging and its delivery yet focused on what the data tells you about delivering tangible results. You will use your ‘team player’ instincts to develop effective relationships right across our business and show all colleagues the mutual benefits from a partnership approach to marketing.
