Procurement Assistant

products through our own online channels, retail partners and our own retail stores throughout the UK.

Totally Wicked is recruiting for a Procurement Assistant to join our team in Blackburn. Our Procurement Assistant will work closely with the Procurement team to support and assist with direct product supply for our e-commerce sites and stock for our large network of retail stores.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Analysing stock requirements across the business and preparing orders for review and sign off against a defined monthly schedule.
- Maintaining relationships with all suppliers to ensure effective and timely delivery of all orders into the business.
- Checking and confirming invoices against orders placed, liaising with Finance to make payments for goods and shipping charges.
- Maintaining relationships with shipping/delivery agencies for both inbound and outbound shipments, providing instructions to ensure the correct associated charges are raised and paid.
- Working with warehouse colleagues to provide all documentation for inbound stock.
- Preparing stock orders for retail stores against defined stock holding protocols
- Recording procurement transactions on SAP

**About you**:

- Competent communication, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage own workload to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Team player
- Previous knowledge of SAP desirable
- Previous experience in a buying / purchasing / stock function advantageous
